By accessing or using Aetas Care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Description
Aetas Care provides:
- Regular health monitoring visits
- Health status reporting and tracking
- Disease checkup tests (as per plan)
- Emergency response services
- WhatsApp updates and communication
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Update contact information when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Report any unauthorized account access
- Cooperate with caregivers and follow care instructions
Payment Terms
- Payments are due according to the selected plan schedule
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice
- Refunds are processed as per cancellation policy
- Service may be suspended for payment defaults
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services
- Change service features or functionality
- Update pricing and payment terms
- Modify these Terms of Service
Liability and Indemnification
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Users agree to indemnify Aetas Care against claims
- Emergency services are subject to availability
Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately for terms violation
- For safety or security concerns
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation
- Mediation if necessary
- Legal proceedings as last resort
